Clipped it to my keys and forgot it was there until I tested it in the parking garage — the strobe plus siren together is startlingly bright and loud. Charging by USB instead of hunting for batteries is what sold me, and the low battery alert actually flashed before it died on me once.

I tested it in my backyard before carrying it on dog walks, and the 130dB blast made my ears ring even at arm's length. The flash and siren firing together would absolutely stop someone in their tracks, and the compact keychain shape means it's always on me.

The low battery alert is a small but thoughtful feature—I never worry about it dying when I need it most. The 130dB siren is genuinely deafening, and the flashing strobe makes me feel a lot safer walking alone at night.
