The gel cushion actually molds around my wrist instead of just sitting there flat, which makes a big difference during long spreadsheet sessions. The non-slip base stays put on my desk even when I'm moving the mouse fast.

My wrist used to ache after a full day of spreadsheets, but this pad's gel cushion actually stays soft instead of bottoming out. The non-slip base hasn't budged once on my desk, even during quick mouse flicks.
